The 2018 meeting will take place February 9-11 in Lexington, Kentucky.
AHS SPECIAL ROOM RATE: $129.95 PLUS TAX/NIGHT SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, FEBRUARY 9-11.
IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION! Reservations must be made by 5:00pm, East Coast Time, January 26, in order to
receive the AHS discounted room rate. PLEASE NOTE: Once the block has filled up, EVEN IF PRIOR TO JANUARY 26, rooms
MAY NOT be available at the AHS rate. Reservations will be then accepted by the hotel on a space and rate availability basis.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by AHS on or before January 26, 2018 will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Due to
AHS contractual obligations with the hotel we will be unable to give refunds after January 26, 2018.

It's never to early to start planning. Please mark these
dates down February 9-11, 2018 for the American
Hanoverian Society Annual meeting. AND... Take a look
at the schedule!! Loads of great trips and fun. PLUS... Our
Young Breeders club will use this opportunity to tell
everyone about our experience at the International
Young Breeders' Championships in Spruce Meadows.
ADDITIONALLY: All youth through the age of 25 are
invited to our Young Breeders activities. We are
recruiting for new members and would love to have you.
Plan on Arriving Thursday for dinner at 6 pm. Friday
before the offical meeting activities we will have a
training session. You can’t beat Kentucky Horse Country
for a great place to visit. Feel free to message us for
more information.
